1. Our Services

At DIO STUDIO, we design, develop, and create AI-powered solutions, products, and software to drive your business growth, improve your processes, and elevate your customer experience. Our services include:

  • Project Scope: We define and develop custom technological solutions, from concept to implementation.
  • UX/UI Design & Experience: We craft intuitive, engaging, and efficient digital experiences for your users.
  • MVP Development (Minimum Viable Product): We help you launch an initial version of your software with the essential features needed to validate your concept and attract investors.
  • Software Development: We build custom software solutions, from mobile applications to enterprise systems.
  • Artificial Intelligence: We implement data analytics, predictive models, virtual assistants, and chatbots to optimize your operations and enhance your creativity.

2. Platform Use and User Accounts

To access certain services such as DioCards, DioChat, DioLixa, and HostDio, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

  • Content Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the information you upload to your DioCard. Ensure that your contact details, social media profiles, PDF portfolios, images, and any other content you include are truthful and accurate.
  • Appropriate Content: Uploading content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes upon third-party rights — including copyrights or privacy rights — is strictly prohibited.
  • Purpose: DioCards is a tool for high-level professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders seeking to enhance their image and facilitate valuable connections. Use the platform with this purpose in mind.
  • QR Code: Your DioCard allows you to share your information via a QR code. The use of this code must be for legitimate networking purposes only — not for spamming or any unwanted activities.
  • Lead Collection: The feature that allows you to capture leads and receive contact information via email is designed to support professional follow-ups. Use it ethically and in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Integrations: The platforms support integrations with CRMs and other tools. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these integrations complies with each service’s policies.

For DioCards, we offer different plans — Basic (always free), Advanced, and Master — each with specific features:

  • Basic: Includes customizable design, unlimited sharing via QR code, and the ability to capture leads.
  • Advanced: Includes all Basic features plus contact export in CSV format, PDF portfolios, and an expanded number of links and profiles.
  • Master: Includes all Advanced features plus CRM integrations, team analytics, priority technical support, and additional benefits.

It is important to review your plan’s details to understand the limits and features available to you.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, source code, and products developed by DIO STUDIO are the property of our company or our licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any intellectual property rights over our services, except as expressly granted in a separate service agreement.

All content, designs, and tools developed for the DioCards, DioChat, DioLixa, and HostDio platforms are the exclusive property of DIO STUDIO. We grant you a limited license to use our platform and its features; however, you are not permitted to copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it without our prior authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for the following purposes:

  • Any illegal activity or action that infringes upon the rights of others.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of our products.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of DIO STUDIO or any third party.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to deliver the highest quality, we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all of your specific expectations, unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

DIO STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website and platforms may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services or platforms at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, if your behavior is harmful to other users, or if we deem it necessary to maintain the integrity and security of our community, services, and platforms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Barranquilla, Colombia.
